About Stephanie




Stephanie is the Founder and Principal of Insight Strata Accounting Services. She is a qualified and registered accountant and has worked in the strata industry in accounting and finance for over 25 years. She led the finance division for one of Queensland’s largest Body Corporate companies managing strata complexes with values in excess of $500 million. Stephanie has extensive project management experience, and expertise in managing Company Title schemes, including share transfer matters. She has also provided consulting services to many communities. Her experience extends to Building Management Statements (BMS), Mixed Used Developments including Retirement Villages schemes.


Stephanie has successfully designed and implemented many crucial internal control systems and processes that have provided clients with increased efficiency and a streamlined auditing system. She has an excellent reputation for providing reliable, quality advice across software systems, utilities, and risk management. She always upholds the highest ethical standards to reduce clients’ legal risks.
