Accounting and Financial Management

  • Manage and operate bank accounts on behalf of the BMG, Body Corporate or Company Title

  • Accounting and financial management

  • Prepare financial statements including year-end accounts in accordance with legislative requirements

  • Issue contribution notices to lot owners, members, and shareholders

  • Prepare comprehensive budgets including forecasts for each financial year

  • Asset registers

  • Provide specialist accounting support and advice to BMG representatives, Board of Directors and Committees

  • Calculated caretaker/management fees, CPI increases, adjustments and perform reconciliations

  • Analysing Head Lease and Sublease contributions

  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, lawyers, and other professionals on behalf of lot owners, members, and shareholders

  • Preparing ASIC compliant and lodgements

  • Issue arrears notices and forward relevant details to debt recovery agencies

  • Provide comprehensive utilities management to ensure legislative compliance and transparency 

  • Cash flow preparation, specialists financial reporting and cash management

Administration support for BMG and Company Title only

  • Convene and attend BMG and Company Title Board meetings

  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes

  • Action all follow up matters from meeting decisions
